The company registration documents and the site's registered domain name are checked and verified by Thawte, ensuring the cardholder and merchant that nobody can impersonate VCS to obtain confidential information.
- Virtual Card Services is committed to providing secure online services. All encryption complies with international standards. Encryption is used to protect the transmission of personal information when completing online transactions. Virtual Card Services Internet servers are protected by firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
- The Merchant does not have access to credit details.
- Virtual Card Services continually reviews and enhances its security in line with technological changes.
Disputes
Any disputes arising as a result of your visit to the Site, shall be determined in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Foundation of South Africa (or any successor in title) by an Arbitrator or Arbitrators nominated by it , expect insofar to the extent that you have in any way violated or threatened to violate Myfinance-online's intellectual property rights, in which event Myfinance-online may seek the appropriate legal remedy through the appropriate court having jurisdiction in the Republic of South Africa, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such
Services
All services on this website are governed by the appropriate South African law and are therefore only appropriate for South African residents. As users on this site are buying professional services which require a certain level of skill, we make use of the services of professionals like accountants, lawyers etc. to be of assistance. If you are unsure of what you are buying into please contact us first as regrettably no refunds can be made if the transaction has been completed. In exception cases If agreed to by Myfinance-Online for a refund a 20% admin handling fee of the transaction amount will be charged. Once the registration process is completed e.g. , Company registrations, Tax registrations, Compensation Fund Registrations etc, all responsibilities as required by law shall pass to the members/directors or the representative vendor. The members/directors/representative vendors should be aware of their duties as stipulated in the respective Acts.
No advice or information given by fax, email, telephone or any other means obtained from us, shall create any warranty on our part.
Contact
Although we strive to make all transactions as easy as possible without having to contact you, in certain circumstances we will have to request additional information and documents from you. We will contact you by email or phone. Our preferred method of communication is per e-mail.
Delivery of services
When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited to our terms and conditions. Because of the type of services sold, there will be a waiting period between when payment was made and the actual service is delivered. Turnaround times are stipulated on the website before a service is bought. Although at myfinance-online we will try our utmost best to keep to these timeframes we will not be help responsible in any way if these turnaround times are longer than stipulated as almost all of these services relies on dealings with a 3rd party.
Payment
All online payments take place by credit card through Nedbank (commercial bank) and VCS (Virtual Card System) which ensure a totally secure banking environment. All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR). Myfinance-online.co.za reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

At the moment we only accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards. If you do not have a credit card you can also pay by EFT and use your order number as reference for your payment. This should ensure speedy processing of your selected services.
